I was inspired to make this sauce, thanks to my girls, who always wanted more.  It took over a decade to get to market. Kids, who enjoyed it, are now adults and still ask for more Chimichurri Chicken.

 

As a single mother, with limited funds, I struggled, but worked hard as I knew many would enjoy my Colombian style, Cilantro and scallion, delicious sauce.
