How to Make: Mama Bay’s Chicken Noodle Soup
What you'll need:
Chicken Breast – 2 large breasts / cut into 1” pieces
Carrots – 7 large / sliced
Mama Bay’s Chimichurri – 4 tablespoons
Celery – 4 stalks / chopped
Water – 4 cups
Macaroni - 2 cups (add more or if you prefer a heartier soup!)
Instructions
Simmer Chimichurri and onions first in the 3-quart saucepan - sweat onions until translucent on medium heat for 5 minutes or until translucent
Add Carrots, Celery and Chicken, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes
Add 4 cups of water, stir and cook on medium heat for 40 minutes
Add 2 cups of pasta – cook until pasta is tender – 12 minutes
