How to Make: Mama Bay’s Chicken Noodle Soup

What you'll need:

  • Chicken Breast – 2 large breasts / cut into 1” pieces

  • Carrots – 7 large / sliced

  • Mama Bay’s Chimichurri – 4 tablespoons

  • Celery – 4 stalks / chopped

  • Water – 4 cups

  • Macaroni - 2 cups (add more or if you prefer a heartier soup!)

Instructions

  1. Simmer Chimichurri and onions first in the 3-quart saucepan - sweat onions until translucent on medium heat for 5 minutes or until translucent

  2. Add Carrots, Celery and Chicken, simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes

  3. Add 4 cups of water, stir and cook on medium heat for 40 minutes

  4. Add 2 cups of pasta – cook until pasta is tender – 12 minutes

  5. Enjoy this healthy, delicious home-cooked meal with your family!
